1 1/2 lb Pumpkin or Summer Squash
2 pkgs Grace Cock Soup
1 stalk Escellion or Leek
1 tsp Margarine or Butter
1 whole Habanero or Jalapeņo Pepper
1 sm pc Thyme
1 Noodle, uncooked
6 C Water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and peel squash. Bring water to a boil. Add squash and cook. Add all other ingredients. When noodle is cooked, removed noodle, pepper, leek and thyme. Cool remaining mixture and blend until smooth.
