"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Chop bacon, and fry till crisp. Add onions and cook till transparent. Add brown sugar, red wine vinegar, dry mustard and garlic. Mix and simmer 20 minutes. Will thicken a bit. Keep face away from vinegar steam (it stings bad!) In a casserole dish, pour in butter beans, pork and beans, great northern beans and chili makings. Add bacon/onion mixture. Mix together. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 - 2 hours NOT COVERED, or for a few hours in a crock pot (try to uncover for a bit, otherwise it's a little soupy).
