3 lbs Red New Potatoes, skinned, chopped and boiled
8 Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled and sliced
1/2 med Onion, chopped
2 Dill Pickles, chopped
3/4 of a 32 oz jar Hellman's Mayo (has to be mayo and NOT miracle whip!)
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 T Yellow Mustard
2 T Pickle Juice
1/4 C Whole Milk
1 tsp Dill Weed
Green Onions, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl toss cooked potatoes, pickles and onions. Mix mayo, pepper, garlic, mustard, pickle juice, milk and dill in another bowl (or take 1/4 mayo out of jar, and shake ingredients together in jar). If you do blend in another bowl, blend till creamy, not fluffy-ish. Pour over potato mixture. Add sliced eggs and toss. You can garnish with sliced green onions.
