12 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. whipped topping
1 box Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 2 ingredients together. Mix next 3 ingredients together. Combine the two mixtures.

Crush Oreo cookies (set a handful aside). Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, spread into 9x13 inch dish. Pour pudding mixture on top of Oreos, then top with remaining cookie crumbs.

You can add gummy worms just for fun.
