Double your favorite meatloaf recipe. Make your meatloaf as usual. Take remaining mixture, roll into balls, place individual balls into muffin pan (mini muffin pan can be used for smaller balls). Place pans in freezer until meatballs are frozen. Once frozen place into Ziploc bags. Homemade meatballs are ready to cook whenever the mood strikes.
