1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tilapia or cod fillet
2 whole wheat tortillas (6 inch)
1/2 c. shredded lettuce or cabbage
1/4 c. black beans, drained, rinsed
2 tbsp. chopped seeded tomato
2 tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream, if desired
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

1. In pint-sized heavy-duty resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix lime juice, chili powder and cumin. Add fish; seal bag. Turn bag several times to coat fish with marinade. Refrigerate 15-30 minutes.
2. Heat gas or charcoal grill. Carefully brush oil on grill rack. Place fish on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 4-6 minutes, turning after 2 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.
3. Cut fish into bite-sized pieces. Divide fish between tortillas; fill with remaining ingredients.
