Dressing:
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil

Salad:
Salad mix
1 c. shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. strawberries
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine red wine vinegar, pepper, salt, paprika, garlic cloves, sugar, and vegetable oil. Let sit for 1/2 hour.
2. Toss salad mix, Monterrey Jack cheese, and strawberries. Add salad dressing as desired.
