4 Tbsp brown sugar
2 ripe bananas, sliced lengthwise
2 oz white rum
2 Tbsp butter
Dash of cinnamon
1 oz banana liqueur
Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt brown sugar and butter in flat chafing dish. Add bananas and sauté until tender. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour liqueur and rum over bananas and flame. Baste with warm liquid until flame burns out. Serve immediately over scoops of vanilla ice cream.

This one of my favorite recipes to order when we go out to finer restaurants. But its just as delicious and exciting at home.
