1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tbsp cocoa
2 cups shredded zucchini
6 oz chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine baking soda in milk until dissolved
Cream margarine, oil, and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder, cocoa and add to creamed mixture.

Beat milk and baking soda until foamy.

Add to mixture. Stir in zucchini, chocolate chips and nuts.

Pour into loft pan
Bake at 350º F for 1 hour or until done
