Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 eggs 1cup sugar 1 cup oil 1 cup pumpkin (can) 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting: 3 oz cream cheese (softened) 1/3 cup soft butter or margarine 1tsp milk 2 cups powered sugar

Directions:	Directions: preheat oven 350º Beat eggs till foamy Add sugar, oil, pumpkin. Beat 2 mins at med speed Add flour and seasonings. Beat 1 min. on low speed Pour into greased 8x11 Pyrex pan Bake 25 to 30 mins. Cool copperplate Cream Cheese Frosting: In a small bowl beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla until fluffy. Add sugar. Blend till smooth spread on cooled pumpkin squares
