2 pounds ground beef
2 Lipton Spanish Rice packets, prepared as directed on packages
1 can Chili beans, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 cup salsa
8 ounces grated fiesta cheese
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef; add chopped onion and chopped green pepper and cook until vegetables are tender. Drain. Add the corn, salsa and chili beans. Stir in the prepared Spanish Rice and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese and bake in 350º oven until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream.
