5 c. flour
4 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/4 t. soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. canola oil
2 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. dry yeast (+1 extra t. sugar)
1 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and 1 t. sugar in 1 c. warm water. Set aside for a few minutes and and then add buttermilk and oil. Mix together dry ingredients and add to liquid ingredients. Stir well (or use electric mixer) for a couple of minutes. Sore overnight in large, greased container with cover. It will expand.
Take out amount you need need and work with a little flour. Roll or pat out and cut into biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees till golden brown.

This will keep indefinitely...but we've never had any last long enough to really test it!!!!!!!!!!!
