Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1 stick butter

Filling:
3 - 8oz blocks of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice

Frosting:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 TBS sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup whipping cream

Directions:

Crust:
1. Mix ingredients for crust together and press into a spring form pan about 1 in. up the sides.

Filling:
1. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. then beat in the eggs one at a time on low speed.
2. Add the sour cream and lemon juice and mix well
3. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
4. Cool
5. Remove the outside of the pan and cut with a plastic knife or dental floss.

Frosting:
Mix frosting ingredients together and top the cheesecake.
