Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Lb. of Burger Meat
1 Egg
1 Sleeve of original saltine crackers from the box. 1/4 of a large onion (1/2 if it is a small onion)
1 Small jar of mushrooms (optional)
1/8 of a green pepper (optional)
1 1/2 cups of Ketchup
1/2 to 1 cup of water
Pam Cooking Spray (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
*Preheat Oven to 450
*Wash you hands.
*Remove your rings.
* You will need a medium to Large Mixing Bowl, A Gallon size Zip-Lock bag , a small mixing bowl , A 4 -(or more) cup measuring cup and a Meat Loaf Pan.
*Begin by emptying your crackers into the gallon size Zip Lock bag, Zip bag ALMOST shut; Using your fist as a hammer - crush all of the crackers up, and set them aside. Puree the onion ( or finely chop/ shave - to extremely small - liquid consistency). If you choose to use the mushrooms and-/or/- green pepper you will also puree them ( or chop/shave them to a liquid consistency). The Onions go into the small mixing bowl, as well as the Mushrooms and Green Peppers if you choose to use them. In the 4cup measuring cup measure your 1 1/2 cups of Ketchup, add about 1/2 cup of water to the Ketchup. You don't want it to be real thin, but thinner than ketchup is .... so I would add about 1/2 of a cup of water to begin with and then determine if I want it thinner by tasting it - so add more at this time - only IF it's still a little to thick. Spray your Meat Loaf Pan with Pam if you want and set the pan aside. Place the Burger Meat into the Large Mixing Bowl , add the crackers in - and with your hands mix it all in together (sort of like kneading bread); add the egg ... mix that in, and then your onion as well as the mushrooms and green pepper if you chose to use them. After you have finished mixing and folding all of that in together .... you are confident that it is intermixed evenly ; divide your meatloaf mixture onto 3 even balls.
*Take the first ball and press it out flat into the bottom of the meatloaf pan, With 2 of your fingers poke holes on the 4 outer corners and two holes in the center. Pour just enough of the Ketchup mixture over it to fill-in the holes as well as a thin layer blanketing the mixture. Now your second ball of the mixture you will press firmly into meatloaf pan so that it is distributed evenly and is pressed into the first layer. With your 2 fingers - again poke holes but only through the center (you should have a line of 4), Pour the ketchup mixture into the holes and cover the mixture with a thin blanket of the Ketchup mixture. Last layer.... press the remaining ball of mixture evenly distributed into the mixture in the Meat Loaf Pan. Poke holes all-over - go crazy... make sure you poke holes around the outer edge; fill-in all holes with Ketchup mixture, press mixture so that the inner holes are closed; and now pour the rest of the Ketchup mixture evenly over the top of your meat loaf.
*Place into the oven, after meatloaf has been in for 10 minutes cut it back to 375 and it will bake for 30 to 40 more minutes. Troy likes the top crunchy - so we stick the oven on Broil for a few minutes. Let stand for about 10 minutes before you serve.

This Meat Loaf true'lly is for those people who claim to hate or dislike meat loaf. I use to be one of them. It's simple, not a bunch of chunks all in it , it's moist and taste good too.
