Cake:
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. canned pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Icing:
1 stick of margarine (softened)
3 1/2 c. of powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until the cake tests done.

Icing: Blend all of the icing ingredients, except the nuts, with an electric mixer. Spread on top of cooled cake and sprinkle with nuts. Can be frozen.

Number of servings: 8-12
