1 - 6 oz. package Spanish rice mix
1½ lbs. cubed steaks (cut into 1/2 inch strips)
2 tbsp. oil
1 medium green pepper (cut into strips)
1/4 cup catsup
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice mix according to box. Brown half the meat at a time in hot oil. Return all meat to pan. Add pepper. In jar mix catsup, cornstarch, sugar, 1 cup cold water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Shake to blend, add to skillet. Cook and stir until mixture bubbles. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Stir in hot rice; heat through.
