3 cups sugar
3 cups SWANS DOWN CAKE FLOUR
3 sticks butter
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Have eggs yalks, butter,flour and sour cream at room temperature.
Mix egg yolks, sugar, flour, butter, and spur cream; beat real good.
Beat egg whites real stiff.
Beat into cake mixture.
Add flavoring. Bake for 1 hour and 15 mins at 325º F in tube pan
