1 cup butter
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup parsley flakes
12-13 cups bread cubes
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet; saute onion, celery, mushrooms, and parsley. Pour over bread cubes. Add all of the seasonings, mix together, and pour in enough broth to moisten. Add beaten eggs. Mix well. Pack lightly into Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on high for 45 minutes. Then cook on low for 6-7 hours.
