Oreo Truffles Recipe

1 package Oreo cookies
1 8 oz. neufutchel (cream cheese)
1 package vanilla/white bark coating

Directions:
Blend Oreos until a fine consistency. In large bowl soften cream cheese. Mix in blended Oreos, blending well. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls, place on wax paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate until cold (at least 1 hour)

Melt bark coating and dip the chilled cookie balls until generously coated. Return to cookie sheet and chill until bark is a hard candy shell.

Semi-Sweet chocolate can be melted and drizzled over cookie balls if desired.
