2 Tablespoons of Flax Seed Meal
Big handful of chopped, fresh kale
1/2 Frozen Banana
A few cubes of frozen Mango
A few cubes of frozen Pineapple

Directions:

Fill blender with ingredients and water or 100% natural juice like Grape or Blackberry.


Blend and enjoy!

I'll eat my greens this way everyday when it tastes this great.
Kale is a big cancer fighter, the Flax helps lower cholesterol and helps with digestion, so do the mango and pineapple.
