1 can kidney beans, drained
1 c celery, thinly sliced
1/4 c sharp (not extra-sharp) cheddar cheese, diced
1/3 c sweet pickle relish
1/4 c thinly sliced green onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c mayonnaise
cracker crumbs (Ritz)

Directions:

- Combine all ingredients except the crumbs, toss lightly
- Put in a small casserole, sprinkle on crumbs
- Bake at 450º for 20 minutes, until bubbles and cheese melts
