Coconut as desired
2 c. nuts (pecans are best)
2 German Chocolate cake mixes, prepared as directed on package
2 sticks butter (softened)
2 lb. powdered sugar
2 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place coconut and nuts in bottom of dutch oven.
Spread prepared cake mixes over coconut and nuts.
Combine butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Mix well.
Spread over cake mix in clumps.
Place dutch oven on about 10 hot coals. Put 18 hot coals on top. Cook until it has large crack in the top. (About 40 minutes)
If you half this recipe it makes 1 cake pan. Bake in oven 350º until cake springs back.
Serve with whipping cream or ice cream.
