1 large can tuna fish
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. pickle juice
Dill pickle relish
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Garlic salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the tuna fish and blot dry. Add the mayonaise and mix well. Add the celery, hard-boiled eggs and pickle juice and a dash of relish for flavor. Salt and pepper to taste, plus a few shakes of garlic salt. Chill before serving.

You can also use a can of red salmon instead of the tuna for a festive touch. This can be presented beautifully on a plate of greens with the tuna or salmon salad stuffed in a whole, split tomato. A parsley sprig on top completes the picture!
