4 (6oz) halibut fillets
1 (18oz) jar of apricot preserves
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T grated orange peel
2 T chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly coat shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets in baking dish; set aside

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat stir together apricot preserves, garlic, orange peel, rosemary, salt and pepper until heated. Pour over Halibut.

Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
