1 lb. ground beef
4 or 5 green onions, chopped
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 + cups Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Add green onions and bell pepper and saute. Add package of taco seasoning to mixture. Place mixture into a casserole dish.

Mix Bisquick, eggs, and milk. Pour over ground meat mixture in casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes uncovered. Cool and cut into squares to serve.
