1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, minced
1 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, melted
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomatoes with green chilies
1 small can green chilies
1 tsp. garlic, minced
Fritos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and beef; drain. Saute onion in butter. In a double boiler (or heavy bottom pan), cook cheese, soup, tomatoes, green chilies and garlic until cheese is melted. Mix in meat and onion. Serve hot in a chafing dish.

It's best to serve with a sturdy chip like Fritos. Potato chips will usually break apart. Freezes well.
