6 cups chicken broth
Black pepper (to taste)
2 cans of canned biscuits, quartered
2-3 cups cooked chicken, cut in chunks
Parsley, chopped
3/4 cup green onion tops (garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broth to a boil and add pepper for seasoning. Drop the biscuits into broth, one at a time, and boil for 15 minutes. Throw in chicken and chopped parsley. Serve with the never-fail flavor of green onion tops as garnish. Voila! Quick Chicken 'n Dumplins'!

Okay so using canned biscuits is cheating, but they make for a quick and easy path to home-style, comfort food.

You will notice that green onion tops are my favorite "picker-upper". They add a little "umph" to almost everything ... except ice cream!
