3 lbs. ground beef
Olive oil
3 cloves garlic, through garlic press
3 large onions, chopped (divided use)
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
20 tortillas
3 cans green chilies
20 oz. cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a large skillet in a little olive oil. Mix in garlic and some of the onions, to taste. When the meat is browned, add the cream of mushroom soup and mix well. In a separate skillet, saute tortillas in a little fat so they won't get soggy. Line a casserole dish with a layer of tortillas and top with meat mixture, chilies, onions and cheese and continue layering until all is used. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

I got this recipe from one of Mom's great friends, Irma Williams. She served this at her beautiful home one night and I begged her for the recipe! A crowd favorite!
