Chicken breasts (fat trimmed off)
1 cube margarine/ butter
seasoned bread crumbs
Swiss cheese slices
Thin sliced ham
3 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350ºF. In 13x9- in. baking dish melt cube of margarine/ butter in oven. Watch close so margarine doesn't burn. Pull pan out of oven and add chicken breasts, turning ea. to coat in melted butter. Sprinkle bread crumbs on both sides of chicken. Place in a separate (clean) baking dish and bake for 30 mins. Remove baked chicken from oven and add ham slice and swiss cheese. Place chicken back in oven for 3-4 mins to melt cheese. Remove and add cooked rice to baking dish, covering chicken.
