1 1/2 lb. ground turkey (or beef)
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 small onion, diced and slightly browned
Chopped garlic, as desired
Fresh basil, as desired

Combine and place in greased loaf pan. Bake one hour at 350º F.
