1 (16 oz.) bag baby carrots
4-6 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 to 4 lb. rump or pot roast
1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 cups ginger ale (use regular, not diet)

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots and potatoes in greased 4 to 6-qt. slow cooker. Place roast over top. Lay onions on top of roast. Dissolve gravy and soup mixes in ginger ale and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hours.
