Ingredients:  
Small red potatoes
Medium onion (chopped finely)
1-2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup fresh parsley or tsp. flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic, and quartered potatoes in olive oil. Add broth and parsley. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover skillet. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add pepper.
