3 Cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Warm Water

Directions:

Mix and knead until soft. Add a little flour if sticky. Cover and let sit for 1/2 hour to 1 hour until smooth and elastic (this really does help). Divide into 12 balls. Roll out and cook in pan or on grill on high. (I usually end up on 400º) They will brown beautifully and they cook up fast.

For Corn Tortillas
You can do about half flour and half corn flour or corn meal. You want slightly more flour because the gluten helps it stick together.

OR

If you want to do full corn tortillas add in some xantham gum. It takes the place of gluten. About 2 Tbsp is probably enough for 3 cups. You can add some more if it still is not sticking together well.
