8 small venison chops (or 4 large)
Meat tenderizer
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Have chops cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick. One half hour before broiling, moisten meet with a little water. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Pierce in several places with a fork. Butter both sides of the meat before placing on broiler pan. Place on rack 4 inches from the heat. Broil 4 to 5 minutes on each side and serve immediately. Salt and pepper to taste.
