4 qt sliced cucumbers
6 medium slice onions
3 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1 green pepper (cut into narrow strips)
1 sweet red pepper (cut into narrow strips)
1/3 c. coarse salt
3 c. white vinegar
5 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. tumeric
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. mustard seed

In a large pot, combine sliced cucumbers, sliced onions, garlic cloves and pepper strips. Add salt and cover with crushed ice. Mix well. Let stand 3 hours. Drain. Combine other ingredients and pour over cucumber mixture. Heat to boiling and seal in jars.
