2 packages crescent rolls
2 (8oz.) packages of cream cheese
¾ cup Mayo (I use Hellmann’s)
1 envelope Hidden valley ranch dressing mix
¾ cup green onion
¾ cup mild finely shredded cheese
¾ cup broccoli
¾ cup carrots
¾ cup cauliflower
I add a little garlic powder or one clove of fresh crushed garlic.

Cover bottom of 11 x 17 inch pan with crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Mix together cream cheese, mayo, and dry Ranch dressing mix and spread over cooled crust. Chop the vegetables finely; combine them all and sprinkle over the cream cheese. Press down and chill. Cut into small squares to serve.
