1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion diced
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes
1 c. celery sliced or diced
1 tsp. chili powder (more if you like spicy)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can kidney beans

Directions:

Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in a 3 qt sauce pan until ground beef if brown. Drain excess liquids. Put tomatoes (with liquid) in blender and liquefy. Add tomatoes, celery, chili powder, salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes. Drain beans and rinse off. Stir in beans. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and let simmer another 15 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese and/or sour cream.
