1 stick of butter
1/3 cup of sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup of flour
1/3 cup of jam
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease baking sheet. Cream butter in large bowl. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and leave 2 inches of space between each . Make indention in center of dough. Bake 7-9 minutes. Fill centers with jam. Bake 6-8 minutes. Cool 2-3 minutes
