3 or 4 jalapeņo peppers, sliced
1/4 cup diced onion
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
1 (14 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes with juice
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place the peppers and onion in a food processor; pulse for a few seconds. Add both cans of tomatoes and the garlic, salt, cumin, and sugar. Process all ingredients until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate

Add several drops of Franks Red Hot cayenne pepper sauce to give it a little extra spicy kick.
