6 CUPS THIN SLICED APPLES
3/4 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP FLOUR
1 TSP CINNAMON
1/4 TSP SALT
2 TBSP BUTTER

TOPPING:
1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
2 TBSP CANNED MILK
1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
2 PREPARED PIE CRUST (DEEP DISH)

Directions:
Directions:
SPRINKLE A LITTLE FLOUR IN BOTTOM OF CRUST. MIX IN MIXING BOWL ALL FILLING INGREDIENTS. POUR IN PIE CRUST. PLACE SECOND CRUST ON TOP AND CUT SLITS ON TOP. BAKE AT 350 FOR 50-55 MINUTES. MIX TOGETHER TOPPING INGREDIENTS AND SPREAD TOPPING MIXTURE ON TOP. BAKE ANOTHER 5 MINUTES. TOP WITH ICE CREAM.
