1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
4 eggs
16 ounces chocolate syrup
1 cup flour
1 cup of nuts

For icing:
1 1/2 cups of sugar
6 tablespoons of evaporated milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
6 tablespoons of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine, beat in eggs, stir in syrup, beat well. Add flour and nuts. Bake in 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Spread with icing as soon as removed from oven

Icing Directions:
Combine margarine, sugar and evaporated milk. Heat on medium heat to boil for 30 seconds. Removed from heat then stir in chocolate chips
