2 c flour
2 block butter/margarine softened
1/2 c walnuts chopped
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix flour, butter/margarine, walnuts and press in 9 x 13 pan. Bake about 20 minutes at 400º

1st layer:
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar (sift if lumpy) then fold in cool whip. Spread on cooled crust (1 hr.) Refrigerate till firm.

2nd layer:
Mix pudding with milk then spread over 1st layer. Refrigerate till set.

3rd layer:
Spread remaining cool whip (2 cups)
