1/4 cup vinegar (red wine or cider)
1 tbsp. wasabi
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 cup olive oil
S&P to taste

Finely dice red onion. Stir in vinegar, wasabi & soy sauce. Stream in olive oil, add salt & pepper to taste.
