For the cream sauce:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley

6 semi-large chicken breast
3 cups Italian Bread crumbs
8oz cream cheese
2-3tsp Rosemary
1/2 half avocado
1/2lb noodles

I combined all the items and let simmer until thickened. I also added a 1/2 tsp. of butter.

I took 6 semi large chicken breasts and cut them almost in half. With about a cup of cream cheese and 2 tsp. of Rosemary folded together I spread that in the chicken. I made a quick butter wash and brushed down the breasts. I coated them with Italian Bread Crumbs and put them into a glass casserole dish. I also put about a cup of white wine (i used pino grigio) in the bottom of the dish to give the chicken a slight poach in the wine. I topped the chicken with avocado slices and made a quick batch of basil noodles to use as a bed for the chicken. I paired this with blackberry chardonnay.
