* 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
* 1/2 cup Milk
* 2 cups Granulated Sugar
* 1/2 cup Cocoa
* 2 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
* 1 to 1 1/2 cups Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter, milk, sugar and cocoa into a saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes (use a timer for this one). Remove from heat. Stir in rolled oats and coconut, mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls (or small ice cream scoop) onto waxed paper.

NOTE: You can cool the mixture a bit and then roll them into balls and then roll them in coconut (Newfies do this and call them snowballs) Makes about 4 dozen.
