1 box chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. chopped peanuts, divided
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip, divided
1/2 c. chocolate chips
4 1/2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix dry cake mix, butter, milk and egg. Add 3/4 c. peanuts. Spread in 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, condensed milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 3 c. Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip and peanuts. In microwave safe bowl heat chocolate chips and butter on high for 1 minute or until melted. Stir in vanilla until smooth, drizzle over cake. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting.
