1 lb. ground sausage (I like the Bob Evans brand)
1 jar thick & chunky salsa
1 3/4 c. water
2 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
12 oz. Velveeta cheese (cut up)
4 oz. cream cheese (cut up)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in large skillet. Stir in salsa and water, bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Cook on low, allow to simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add both cheeses, stir until melted.
