1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 small onion chopped
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper
½ lb. American cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli. Brown the meat and the onion, drain. Add salt and pepper. Spread broccoli in a greased 6x9 baking dish. Top with meat and onion mixture. Cover with undiluted mushroom soup. top with grated cheese. Bake at 350º until hot.
