2 pkg. frozen or 2 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs.
Mix above together.

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine strawberries, eggs, and oil. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and pecans. Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and stir together just until blended. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Slices better if wrapped and cooled in refrigerator overnight.
