Chicken, pieces or chunks
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 Bay leaf
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. wine
2 cubes bouillon
3 potatoes, cut in chunks
salt to taste

Directions:
Wash chicken and season with salt and garlic, set aside. Dice onion and green pepper, set aside. Dice potatoes (1 inch chunks) and place in water until ready to use. Mix black pepper, garlic & wine in a separate cup. Use a stewing pot and put enough oil to fry the chicken but not cover it. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion green, pepper and bay leaf, fry for 2 more minutes. Add tomato sauce, fry 2 more minutes. Drain potatoes and add to mixture. Add water until potatoes are covered. Boil for 2 minutes. Add seasoned salt, bouillon and wine mixture. Cook until potatoes are done. Serve over rice.
